  • Morning: Visit iconic Plaza de España (check for concerts - we got kicked out at 4pm!)
  • Afternoon: Cooking class at Taller Andaluz de Cocina - gazpacho, spinach & chickpeas, paella
  • Evening: Dinner at Bodeguita Romeo - try the sardine with salsa verde

Day 2: Flamenco Festival & Tapas

  • Morning: Breakfast at La Mala - great coffee and bagels
  • Afternoon: Shopping and drinking, straight into tapas at Bar Postiguillo
  • Evening: Week-long Flamenco festival in Triana with 1€ beers - authentic atmosphere

Day 3: River & Culture

  • Morning: Run along the river, visit Setas de Seville
  • Afternoon: Stand up paddle down the river, Royal Alcazar
  • Evening: Bar Alfalfa for dinner, artichoke heart with miso dish

Barcelona Art & Tapas

2 Days

Day 1: Gothic Quarter & Markets

  • Morning: Mercat Boqueria, Cathedral and Gothic Quarter exploration
  • Afternoon: Accidentally ordered 3L of beer at Plaça de Santa Maria (hilarious!)
  • Evening: Bodegueta tapas bar recommended by Irish couple - chaos but amazing

Day 2: Park Güell & Gaudí

  • Morning: Coffee and chocolate croissants
  • Afternoon: Park Güell at 4:30pm booking - perfect time of day
  • Evening: More tapas and wine - Barcelona's tapas scene is incredible

Andalusia Adventure Circuit

4 Days

Day 1: Granada Alhambra

  • Morning: Early Alhambra visit - Nasrid Palace was busy but worth it
  • Afternoon: Coffee at America House in cute courtyard
  • Evening: Tapas crawl - Los Diamantes & Om Kalsum, then kebab crawl on El Vira St

Day 2: Ronda Gorge

  • Morning: Drive Granada to Ronda through beautiful farming country
  • Afternoon: El Torcal de Antequera hike - Spain's Bungle Bungles (start at 2pm!)
  • Evening: El Lechuguita in Ronda - locals' favorite, tinto de verano

Day 3: Caminito del Rey

  • Morning: Mirador El Tajo walk around Ronda gorge (hot but worth it)
  • Afternoon: Caminito del Rey guided tour at 3:40pm - path of the king, rockfall risk!
  • Evening: Cinco Tramo dinner - mushroom risotto with cheese, prawn pancake

Day 4: Cave Towns & Swimming

  • Morning: Setenil cave town - cool inside the caves, nice little town
  • Afternoon: Cueva de Gato - freezing water, perfect locals' spot with swing!
  • Evening: Ronda jardines for sunset views over the bridge
