Day 1: Plaza de España & Cooking
- Morning: Visit iconic Plaza de España (check for concerts - we got kicked out at 4pm!)
- Afternoon: Cooking class at Taller Andaluz de Cocina - gazpacho, spinach & chickpeas, paella
- Evening: Dinner at Bodeguita Romeo - try the sardine with salsa verde
Day 2: Flamenco Festival & Tapas
- Morning: Breakfast at La Mala - great coffee and bagels
- Afternoon: Shopping and drinking, straight into tapas at Bar Postiguillo
- Evening: Week-long Flamenco festival in Triana with 1€ beers - authentic atmosphere
Day 3: River & Culture
- Morning: Run along the river, visit Setas de Seville
- Afternoon: Stand up paddle down the river, Royal Alcazar
- Evening: Bar Alfalfa for dinner, artichoke heart with miso dish
